Lincholi along with Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi.


Chief Minister Harish Rawat arrived Gaurikund Helipad on Thursday. He left for Lincholi along with Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi. During travelling by foot on the yatra route Shri Gandhi met with the working people on the route and encouraged them. Shri Gandhi had information from small shopkeepers regarding their business on Yatra route. Shri Gandhi said that Yatra will  successful as appropriate arrangements have been ensured by the  government. Shri Gandhi was given warm welcome on the arrival at Gaurikund with local folk music band. Shri Gandhi said that traveling by foot to Kedarnath is a different experience itself.
          Chief Minister Shri Rawat talked to the owners of Horses, Khachhars, local people and had  information about the Yatra. Local people were very happy to see the Chief Minister and Congress Vice President amid them. They expressed gratitude for the better Yatra Management. Chief Minister hoped that more devotees are expected to arrive this year as a result business will grow  on the Yatra route.
Chief  Minister Shri Rawat met devotees on the Yatra route and asked about the arrangements of Yatra, devotees expressed satisfaction over the preparations and said that they did not expect such a better arrangement in short period. All the devotees appreciated the Chief Minister.
          Cabinet Minister Dr. Harak Singh Rawat, Dinesh Dhanne, Vidhan Shabha Vice President Anusuya Prasad Maikhuri including other senior congress leaders and administrative officers were present on the occasion.
